  I went into my locally owned True Value, and asked if they would special order some Palm Tree fertilizer for a client of mine and they said it would arrive at the store in on Thursday... I went in at closing time to grab it and they could not find it, although it looked like it had come on the truck, so I came in the next day and spoke to Jennifer whom does the special orders and again they had just about every employee in the store looking because they understood I had a deadline on the project, so where other store and employees would have passed the buck and stop looking, they tore that place apart looking for about 30 minutes and they were profusely apologizing for the inconvenience... And at last they found it and I was happily on my way... Had I go to the Depot or Lowe's I am sure the employees would have long given up and said it didn't come in on the truck and you have to come back Monday... Thank god for small business owner and their wonderfully dedicated staff that gives you two courteous and professional assistance... Thank you to Jennifer and the rest of the staff for going above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed, not a buck of BS excuses like other corporate stores... Five star service and competitive prices... :)
