  BUYER BEWARE!!!! Unfortunately I am unable to give a 0 star rating... "Satan" as we refer to him was our Seller's realtor and was nasty with everyone involved in our purchase, not sure how someone so unprofessional could even manage a business.
  One day prior to closing he called my finance broker to extort $1,000 without anything in writing , he wanted them to write him a check for his / seller's inconveniences. We asked for invoices related to said expenses and suddenly he stopped asking for the money. He posted on youtube one week prior to closing that our " loan was failing, make an offer"...Our loan was not failing ... I can't think of a time I have ever felt so victimized by someone operating in a " respectable industry" . BUYER BEWARE!!
